Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Due to our hand made, made to order practice, at this time, we can only offer returns for exchange or store credit.

Please follow these steps:

1. Contact us - just email us at hello@shopparadigmdesign.com with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like an exchange or store credit.

2. Ship the item back within 7 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, in original packaging), at your cost.

3. Once we've received the return we’ll process the return for credit  or exchange ASAP.  (Please note we CAN'T OFFER RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. Sale Items, and purchases made with a discount code are Final Sale. 

*This includes items purchased through ONLINE SPECIALS, SALES, and DISCOUNT CODES.*

All CUSTOM items are final sale. We cannot accept any custom made merchandise back for refund or store credit. This include our custom engraved styles, as well as charm bar pieces.

ALL ONE OF A KIND/ FEW OF A KIND items are Final Sale.

*Due to the nature of our handmade pieces, there may be slight imperfections.
Please be aware that all custom made pieces are nonreturnable.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
