Once your order is received we will typically be able to ship within 3 business days.
 
Please keep in mind if you order on a Friday it will not ship until the following week. 
Our offices are closed on weekends, any orders placed over the weekend will not go into production until the following week.
Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will not go into production until the following week. 
Any orders placed Friday-Sunday with the expedited shipping option, will not go into production until the following Monday.
Any orders placed during a sale will most likely require additional time before they are ready to ship due to an influx of orders during sale times.
Free shipping on all US orders over $150
Any orders that are returned will have original shipping costs and return shipping costs deducted from their refunds.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your Paradigm pieces once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. 

That’s why we offer 14 day hassle free returns.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us - just email us at hello@shopparadigmdesign.com with your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
  1. Ship the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.
  1. Once we've received the return we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we CAN'T OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITES, but we are happy to exchange sizes or issue store credit.

All CUSTOM items are final sale. We cannot accept any custom made merchandise back for refund or store credit. 
*Due to the nature of our handmade pieces, there may be slight imperfections. Please be aware that all custom made pieces are nonreturnable.
